All products sold are delivered digitally (e.g. audio downloads, music). Once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, it is considered “used.”

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You experience a technical issue that prevents access to the product and we are unable to resolve it

  • You receive the wrong product

  • You are charged incorrectly or multiple times

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • You have changed your mind after purchase

  • You did not achieve the desired results

  • You failed to download or access the product within the given timeframe

  • You purchased the product by mistake
