My name is Gordon Turner and I am the creator of Etherical Music. Music has been a big part of my life, starting with my first acoustic guitar when I was eight years old. I enjoyed many years playing bass guitar in bands of varying genres, alongside writing some of my own songs. I started creating Etherical Music based around the four elements after meeting my wife, Nija, in 2024. Our two worlds joined together, my passion for music and her knowledge and wisdom of the spiritual, healing world. Nija and I work together with each piece of music I create. She knows the energy of each element and the energetic feel of each piece I write, so she names and describes each one. This relationship has given me the environment I needed to open my eyes fully to myself, and the music that flowed through me. I was on the journey of the essence of Etherical music where I was hidden away in the dark. I needed to embrace all parts of myself, to be in the light so that I could be the unique musician that’s me. I’ve been on a wonderful transformational journey since 2024 and now sharing my music to inspire others to evolve and be truly who they are. And for therapists to use my music in transformational treatments.
Nija
I have been an Holistic Therapist for over 35 years. I’ve spent nearly 20 years trained in elemental touch and using music as part of my treatment sessions. When I met Gordon I thought he was just a bass player. Not long after we started living together, I heard him playing a beautiful piece of music on an acoustic guitar. I asked him what it was. He told me it was a piece he’d written. I described it as Etherical. We then began on this wonderful journey of working together creating Etherical Music, based around the four elements, by marrying our skills together. I run Advanced Holistic Therapy Training which includes courses of Transformational Dance, Elemental Music and Elemental Touch, Crystal Wand Massage, Hara Reiki and Trauma Touch. It’s such a joy to now be using Etherical Music in my training courses and for my students to use.
